On Vox: QotD: One Day. $100,000.

If you had one day to spend $100,000 - and you had to spend it totally selfishly - what would you buy?

I would build a really awesome setup for recording music - a powerful computer with a couple of large hard drives and a high-end sound card, a pair of studio-grade reference monitors, a good vocal microphone, and I would probably finally get Reason, Ableton Live and what-not (unless I decided to keep everything Linux, whereupon that money would go to some really bad-ass MIDI workstation keyboard).

Of course, I would probably pay off my student loans first.  That is technically still selfish.

Thank you for the recommendation. I will remember, unless I do decide to keep the machine Linux - wait, what am I saying? This whole scenario was an if? Enh - just the same, thank you.
